The word chakra is Sanskrit and means ‘wheel’. Chakras are energy vortexes located along the midline of your body. These energy centers process energy. There are seven major chakras: the root chakra, the sacral chakra, the solar plexus chakra, the heart chakra, the throat chakra, the third eye chakra, and the crown chakra. Each of the chakras is associated with different colours, endocrines, musical notes, body parts, and aspects of life.
