There are many forms of Sound Healing. Nyssa uses tuning forks, crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, and other instruments in Sound Healing sessions. Sound Healing uses frequencies to help stimulate your body and change the frequencies your body is interacting with and putting forth. Sound Healing can reduce stress, dissolve energy blockages, help overcome depression, stimulate a feeling of confidence, help you heal on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels as well as improve concentration, memory, retention, attention, learning, and creativity.
Ways to incorporate Sound Healing on your own at home:
Listen to music that fits your mood to release energy.
Listen to music that is the type of mood you want to get into. Allow your energy to move from the state you are in to the desired state.
Identify 3 sounds in your life that you enjoy hearing. Can you find a way to listen to those sounds more frequently in your life? Listening to sounds you enjoy will help create a more enjoyable atmosphere.
Take 5 minutes out of the day to listen to the sounds around you. Do this a few times at different points during the day. Take note of the sounds you hear and which ones you like and do you not like. Start to incorporate the sounds you liked on a regular basis in your life. Now that you have identified sounds you do not like, can you find a way to remove them from your life? If not, find a way to hear them less or change the sound to a new one.
